Signing ceremony for the germination agreement

The partner Juliano Barra took part in the signing ceremony of the germination agreement between the Brazilian Bar Association São Paulo Section (“OAB SP”) and the French Bar Association Lyon Section (“L’Ordre des Avocats du Barreau de Lyon”).

The ceremony took place on 29/04/2024 and was also attended by Dr. Patricia Vanzolini, president of OAB SP; Dr. Leonardo Sica, vice-president of OAB SP; Dr. Ricardo Vita Porto, president of the Electoral Law Commission of OAB SP; as well as the virtual participation of the president, vice-presidents and president of the International Commission of the Lyon Bar Association.

The agreement seeks to modernize the legal profession by developing professional, academic and legal relations between Bar Associations, Bar Schools and universities. Activities are also planned to encourage career start-ups and business collaboration, including internships, visits and exchanges.
