APPLICABLE LAW
The French law will be applicable, in case of dispute the French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
MEDIATION PROCEDURE
In the event of a dispute concerning these terms of use, the user of the Site may initiate a mediation procedure or any other alternative dispute resolution method. After trying to resolve the dispute amicably with the Hérès firm, he may refer the matter to the consumer mediator of the legal profession.

No manifestly unfounded or abusive request may be submitted to the mediator. It is forbidden to refer to the Consumer Ombudsman of the legal profession when there is a procedure pending before the court or another mediator and when the request is made one year after the written complaint to the firm.
